Along with her capstone thesis partner, she was awarded the Dean Maura Daly Iversen PA Research Award for Novel Applications. Hayley was an editor for the "First Line Guide: A Comprehensive Review of Didactic Medicine" by Mike Sacks and Tania Abousaid and passionate about PA education resources. Hayley hopes her study resources will help many PA students in the future and looks forward to growing the PANCE basics platform.
PANCE basics focuses on the first line presentation, diagnostics, and treatments of medical topics covered on the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE). This study method covers only high yield terminology and very basics of the disorders. By cutting out additional information, students can quickly review the basic building blocks of complex diseases. It is a fast and direct way to study for didactic tests, EOR exams, and the PANCE.
